With their unique, groundbreaking SmartGRID technology and design, they have been solely responsible for bringing Asia’s comfort technology ecosystem into the twenty-first century. From manufacturing to final delivery at the customer’s door, the mattress industry provides end-to-end comfort solutions. They are a digital-only corporation with a direct-to-consumer business model.
After their enormous success in India, they plan to expand their business abroad, with the UK as their first step and They were looking for someone with expertise dealing with UK brands and knowledge of the UK business market. ByNiel satisfied their needs and agreed to collaborate on their freshly opened UK store.
They Approached us to set up a Shopify Plus store to sell their new products to UK consumers. Our team successfully launched Higrid Sleep store on Shopify Plus, using online 2.0 ad We focused on a content-driven approach for the product page and designed it accordingly by adding a custom delivery day option based on the sizes and other variant options. The reason was they are manufacturing their own products and they don’t want to lose the quality with the strong customer engagement approach.
To increase their conversion rate we helped them to set up a Klaviyo for the various marketing activities such as Discounts, Email Marketing campaigns, Cart abandonment from Shopify to Klaviyo and Sign-Up forms for the new consumers to welcome them with amazing discounts. And as a result we achieve 500 new consumers in just one month.
